Tango Contemporary Cafe - Honolulu - Photo album

I'm giving a 5 for something other than the food...COFFEE. I never imagined I'd have a hard time finding a cup of coffee on Oahu. Thank goodness for this lifesaving cup of elixir. This picture is coffee, not cappuccino. I saw the cappuccino co.e out and that looked heavenly too. I drove 20 mins out
Quite frankly one of the top 3 places I’ve eaten in my life. Food was delicious and presentation was extremely professional. I don’t usually leave reviews but was so blown away with my meal that I had to. I had the Asian 5 spice braised beef I believe, and recommend to anyone.
This place is incredible and unique. The food was amazing and very different then anything we have found on the island. The duck I had was cooked beautifully and even their bread and homemade pesto that you get when you sit was great. The atmosphere was quaint but calming and inviting. And the servi
The world food travelers stopped in at Tango Contemporary Café as yours truly hadn’t been there for dinner, just lunch. We were seated at a tiny table but luckily for us there was a cancellation so we were moved to a table for four. It was fortuitous because we ordered two appetizers and salad; ther
First of all, the service is amazing. They remembered us from 2 months prior. Even remembered what we ordered! Friendly staff, great quiet atmosphere without being rushed. My wife and son loves their risotto. I love the braised lamb (to die for!!!), my kids love the escargot so we have to get 2 ord
Had dinner tonight with a party of 13. Everything we had was impeccable, including the service which right is very hard to find. We will definitely be coming here again. Highlights were the French Onion Soup, veggie board, scallop appetizer and entrée, tasting menus and Blueberry bread pudding. Oo a
Had brunch here and enjoyed it. I had the pastry basket I will see in the past the pastries were or appeared to be very soft and today maybe they were just baked a little too long. The atmosphere here is always upbeat and very pleasant. My guest had eggs benedict and enjoyed it very much. Have been
Great brunch place in Kakaako area. Pet friendly neighborhood, I was able to bring my dog with me and eat in their outdoor seating. Ordered the risotto which was delicious and the eggs benedict.
I've dined here on several occasions, and left extremely pleased every single time! Awesome food, great service, and wonderful atmosphere -- everything's decently priced as well, which is pretty rare in Hawaii (and especially in this neighborhood). Will definitely come back!!
Lunch time is very crowded. If you are having a group of 4-5 (or higher if our next tier opens) best to make reservations. Food is good for lunch...mostly choices from salads, sandwiches and burgers with some entrees. Cost is at medium range.
11:15am..sunday. 12 minute wait, got quickly served my drink, the passion fruit ice tea. It's pretty good. Then walied another 10 minutes for someone to take my order. They did say they were short staffed. It's the weekend so it a BRunch menu. I was hoping to try the salmon board, but I'll have to s
I chose this place because of nice array of lunch options as I was in the area for another activity. We were seated and was told that they only offered "Brunch Menu/Items." I was really sad. We ordered Banana Pancakes for my daughter and and Burgers for the adults. There are no french fries to be or
The Loco Moco Benedict and Swedish Pancakes are amazing!
It is very popular place for breakfast and lunch. (They are great for dinner too) Casual but I always feel that the food is prepared with intention to make good so everyone can enjoy eating. Heart is in! .. so to say, in short I like the grass fed meat burger here. Simple but fresh ingredients.
Great food and service. The Tango Burger was excellent. Even ran into the former owner Tammy who is always so nice and hospitable. This place is highly recommended by yours truly.
Fantastically delicious, everything is fresh. These French toasts are so delicious. I ate in 1 min. 😁
