Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was good portion size was better then normal. Customer service was A1 they even made sure we were fully vaccinated for dinner in the way there supposed to. I enjoyed my late dinner. I didn't understand however how they were fully opened even allowing dine in and both men and women restrooms had signs that said out of order. I didn't think that was too cool I know they offer hand sanitizer stations I however like to wash my hands before I eat and also after i eat. I other then that I had no complaints and everything was good!

This location is close to my office so I’m there at-least once a week. Overall, the food is good and customer service has improved. I can tell that the manager has done a great job at moving his employees around to where they excel. The facility is typically clean, including the bathroom. Kudos to the day manager for leading and allowing his staff to grow. 4 stars for this location.

I used to like their service, over the time it has gotten worse. They mess up online orders almost all the time at lunch time. For example, today I ordered extra Fajitas, lite white rice with others. I got no fajitas at all, extra white rice, extra sour creme and extra cheese! I already left the location and was too hungry to go back and say anything, but this is the 3rd time in a row and not acceptable. If you can't make the order as it was described, do not give options.

On 2/20/22, I purchased a bowel from the Homewood IL location for my lunch to take to work. I sat the bag after leaving out Chipotle on my backseat of car. I got work and took the bag out of my car, holding it by the handles, low and behold, everything fell straight threw out the bottom of the bag. I called and spoke to Brandon the manager. He said I'm so sorry and to come in to get my order again. I was thrilled. Wonderful customer service. Some places would have said it wasn't in our parking lot we can't reissue. This was not the case here. Awesome job.

Original review - Just used the app to order lunch. Ordered a bowl with extra corn, absolutely zero corn in the bowl. Update 6/6/22: decided to try this location again. Huge disappointment. Bowl with chicken. Again, no corn, no cheese, went back to let them know their mistake, remade the bowl but this time added lettuce (i didn't have lettuce on my order). They can't get an order right. NEVER going back!

Why don't ALL of the Chipotle's give extra cilantro when you ask? 2 stores said they can't give it. 1 of the 2 said there is a shortage!!!! SMH! This store the young lady said they only cook with it and not give it to the customers. But she did give me a spoonful in a cup. One store just piles it on for me. I love it!!! So if I could have gotten a nice amount on my bowl today I would have given this store 5 ⭐. Chicken was not burnt and beans weren't dry
