Please check your order before you leave the drive-through. This is the second time I received old hard donuts from this location.

This is hands down the best Dunkin' this side of the Mississippi, and second is not even close. I would come from out-of-state to visit this location, the service is fast, I am always greeted with such a pleasant attitude, and they have flavors that no other Dunkin's seem to have. Seriously, do yourself a favor and check this spot out and you'll never go to another one.

I ordered a banana shake and I believe the person who made it was new because she was asking someone else about bananas to add. It taste like banana but the quality was like milk, it was very thin and when I tried to call up there some error message came on; I guess that's one way to keep people from calling up there.

Staff is always really nice but they don't always get your order right. The line is always pretty long for morning through lunch hours. The parking lot is crammed and hard to maneuver in.

Very important, if you don’t have what the customer ordered, please kindly say so. It is unethical to just give whatever you want to the customer. You received real money didn’t you? This is not the first time this particular store substituted my order. I drove back to politely make them aware, but was faced with angry hostile responses. Not smart at all!
