The steak and white cheddar on ciabatta bread was the BEST!! So warm and soft and the steak was cooked perfectly!! Highly recommend for a quick lunch or good family dinner. Don’t forget their world famous Sweet Tea!!

I ate at McAllister in Texas when I lived there so I thought I'd try it here (Alabama). I took my mother with me to eat here, wait was a bit long for the amount of people that were in the restaurant I thought. But I considered they were probably short staffed as many restaurants are now since covid-19 issues the past couple of years. The food had large portions which was nice, my mother enjoyed her club sandwich and side she ordered. As for my order, I tried the large nachos and it wasn't to my liking I'm sorry to say. It wasn't made like most traditional nachos as you'd expect. It had something like canned chili on top with rotel cheese sauce, there was no lettuce, tomatoes, or onion. It had a plain taste to it.
