Dunkin'

They take their sweet time in the drive thru, which is fine, but for how long they take, they should at least make your coffee right. Ordered a macchiato (brings two shots espresso) with an extra shot of espresso which they charge extra for, and got a cup of coffee creamer with 1 shot. If you’re going to charge people extra, give them what they ordered. Especially when the drive thru is slow. People don’t have the time to make their coffee at home so they go here to pay for it. You’re already taking your time, do it right at least.

If I could give this Dunkin’ 0 stars trust me I would the cashier was miserable and very rude to me. She looked like an older women. She never gave my my receipt and tried to make me sound crazy that she gave me the receipt (trying to pick a fight with me). In the middle of her making my drinks she stopped to take a break and eat. As for the food that I ordered she gave it to me completely wrong. Never comming here again u should just fire everybody and start new because this place is just problems.

I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for years, and they never seem to disappoint me. My husband and I moved to Miami and have gone to several Dunkin Donuts, but they all fall short on customer satisfaction. Our drinks are always made wrong. I also work in Downtown Miami and have visited Dunkin locations in the area, along with locations in Brickell and there’s always issues with food items not being available or “sold out”. I attend school in Doral and have also been to many Dunkin locations in the area and I end up with the same issue, drinks made wrong, lazy service, sold out items, etc... This Dunkin Donuts in Homestead of US 1 rarely has these issues. My husband and I drive from Miami to Homestead on the weekends and it is always a priority to make this a stop.

When I finished my order I forgot to tell the cashier if she can make sure my colada is extra blended and when I was asking her politely a woman intruded and started yelling at me saying she hasn't even finished your order yet and I tried to tell her that I wanted it extra blended. She then said it again to me and I just shut up because it was too early in the morning to argue with someone. But when I got my order it was just pure ice and not even blended well.
