Food is always consistently good. Love the onion rings (a classic). But what happened to the original white bags? Stopped at the drive-thru and was given a BROWN bag?!? Small thing, I know, but it felt so odd.

The 2 older female employees( forgot their names) have served me at this location a few times. They are good employees and seem to never have enough help when it gets busy. They are very nice employes and wanted to shout them out.

The food is typical for a white castle so good if you like white castle. But.... This location has been very SLOW for years. Like 5 years. It's always slow... Inside, drive thru, anytime of day.

Let me begin by saying that the 2 women who work mornings NEED A RAISE!! But unfortunately I was upset when they served me cold hard burgers with stale buns. They usually prepare me fresh burgers. The fries were also not prepared fresh to order. They were warm and flimsy. I spent a total of 21 dollars and some change and I have to say I was bummed in how they did me.

Night staff here is careless. Food is often cold for whatever reason and have gotten my order wrong on more than one occasion. Just wrote this review after I had received a wrong item.

0 stars change your hours online!!!! Your food is stale every time. Dumbest management. Worst location ever. Chang your hours online. People rely on that. Fix it
