Best baklava I've ever had. We always make it a point to take dessert home for a treat! The food is delicious and the staff/family are always very warm and friendly.
They have wonderful lamb shank with green beans & seasoned potato wedges. A glass of Merlot wine is just right.
We love the lamb!. The location is a bit off the main drag of Cedar Street, and I like a quieter and relaxing environment. We love the lamb special on Friday and Saturday nights and I especially love the Greek platter. Everyone is friendly and efficient!
So, the quality is consistantly superb every time we go there. My husband really likes the breakfasts there--the price is right. I like the spinach omelette.
But we love the lamb!
Friendly Family Food. I have eaten at the Delhi Cafe for years on Friday evenings. The owners treat me like family and are always accommodating. The seafood specials are fine and their homemade macaroni and cheese is very tasty. Prices are reasonable for most things, although desserts are a bit pricey for the portions. There is a good variety on the menu. All things considered, I recommend the restaurant.
We had not been here in a long time and we had been missing out on a lot. The food was ansolutely delicious. I had the HOMEMADE bean and ham soup. It was sooo good and 100% rivaled my own! The burgers were also impressive. The daughters have carried on the legacy of their parents wonderfully! Will return again very soon!
This little gem is worth the 1.5m trip off i96. Great little mom and pop restaurant that gives you a home kitchen vibe inside. Service was amazing. Gyro meat was on pointe, and I'm a gyro snob! Hot Beef sandwich was the perfect comfort food. Both dishes had good flavor without being too salty. Enter this cafe into your GPS and enjoy!
Delhi Cafe is a wonderful family owned restaurant. Their spinach pie, tilapia, and fried chicken are the absolute best. The owners are very kind and generous. Wait staff are always pleasant. I've never had an issue with my food at this place. I do wish they were open on the weekends however.
Family friendly little diner. Felt welcome as soon as we walked in. Food was great and had a combination of options. Wish there was a kids menu though. Service was great
I got the 🐠 sandwich but they didn't have any buns but the cod was still delicious 😋 without the bread. I don't know if they still have the all you can eat 🐠 fry on Friday but if they still do, I would definitely recommend it 🙂.
Delhi Cafe is a great Mediterranean diner! I've only had breakfast here, but I would definitely come back for lunch or dinner too. Nice menu, and really great staff/service. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. It's a nice new take on the typical "American breakfast" place. If you're looking for a new place to try, you can't go wrong here.
We’ve eaten here several times and the food has also been fresh and delicious. Their Friday night fish fry is one of the best I’ve had. The gyros are delicious as well.
Had the beef liver, it was very good. Service is a little slow, but food is worth the wait. Went here to celebrate my birthday, the beef liver is still excellent. I had baklava for dessert, it is totally awesome. I highly recommend both the liver and the baklava.
This place was the best best fish fry I have had in a long time. It was all you can eat came with your choice of potatoes and one other side. The fish was fresh and also delicious. Or waitress was Very polite and a attentive to our wants and needs. This was my 1st time here and I will definitely be back again.
Nice peaceful family atmosphere and great food. We will be back.
