Island Grill

Great food. You have to make reservations unless you sit at the bar. With that being said, me and my wife drove around the island for 45 minutes looking for food. We had been to the Waterfront in the past, and could not get in. Same with the Beach House. We went here , ordered at the bar and were served within minutes. Other places said 2 hour wait. The food was also great and tasted fresh, just as good as Waterfront and better than Beach House. If you have a small party this is a great place when everywhere else is packed. After eating there, this will be. A future mainstay for us. We had blackened tuna and snapper. Also ordered firecracker shrimp for appetizer. Our food was delicious.

First time here and we love it. Will return more frequently. Okay it's only been 6 days and we returned back to this amazing spot. We actually had the pizza this time as well as the firecracker shrimp. We are definitely very impressed with the customer service and the food here. This is going to be you regularly scheduled weekly visit for us. We are so happy that we found this place and the staff is amazing. I'm so excited to come back here next time next week and order something new off the menu. Everything here is made fresh and I promise you you will not be disappointed.

We were so lucky to find this restaurant. We drove 90 minutes to enjoy the beach but wanted a quick bite first. This was such a nice treat instead of a fast-food like we intended. The restaurant wasn't due to open for another 15 minutes, but the owner let us dine in any way. We had the restaurant to ourselves and we were treated with such care. This is definitely a place we will visit each time we are back solely because of the quality of customer service. The food was exquisite though. Everything was hot, the presentation was immaculate, and our waiter was very courteous and attentive to our small girls.

This place is great for a multitude of reasons, but the food is delicious and they deliver to the island! I had just arrived to Anna Maria after a long drive, my partner and I were relieved to be on vacation, didn't want to go anywhere but also did not want to eat pizza. We found the restaurant delivers and they delivered! I ordered the Snapper and my partner ordered the fish and chips. They were delivered quickly and were so good. I wish I would have taken a picture, but all I have left is an empty container. 10/10 would eat forever.

This is our first trip to the island and after searching fir quite some time for a place that would allow 8 of us to be seated Inside on the spot we landed at Island Grill! We immediately received a friendly greeting and was seated right away. Our waitress was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and super attentive. We had pizzas, Stromboli and even chicken fingers! Everything was made to perfection and served with a smile. I highly recommend this gem! Being that we come from a small Italian town in PA we are used to authentic Italian foods and pizzas. This pizza won’t disappoint in taste. We will return before we end our vacation.

Scott and Lynn are delightful, Staff is fabulous. Main courses, chopped salad are all great. My wife wishes there was a variety of veggies. She needs two per meal- no carbs. The squash -all the time- and usually ONLY the squash, doesn't cut it for her. LOVE that they deliver!!!! 2/2020 revised....should have added to this a year ago... After seeing this... Scott has added many more choices for veggies. Couldn't be happier!

Absolutely loved the crab stuffed shrimp!!!! Price was definitely reasonable for the taste and portions. Delicious, had me feeling like I'm definitely coming back to try the smothered shrimp and bacon grits.... I'm new to the area and this was my first time visiting. Will highly recommend everyone try this spot. The staff was amazing and friendly, which made me feel right at home. The waitress kept catching me with my mouth full....lol

We ordered for delivery and we were all satisfied with the food. We got calamari and duck tacos for appetizers and pizzas, we tried the duck and the island. The food was delicious and specially the pizza, we loved the thin crust and it's not so greasy. We would try next time to eat at your restaurant.
