Took 10 minutes to get the wifi connection and it said there were no McDonald's in the area, standing inside on their WiFi

I was on drive thru. And had a very good customer service order. From the beginning till the end. The workers who took care of me. Were polite, quick and my order was perfect.

Went through drive through. They advertised a special. I asked about it. The person in drive through did not understand the basic question about a special they had. I asked three times. To no avail. I had to walk in and order the special. Because the drive through person, I think, was "special".

This place was kinda of empty. I decided to use the self-service as no one was in the front to take me and 3 other people waiting orders. Took a while to get my food, but whatever

I was there 2x today with my kids around 3:40pm and 6 :30 pm both the cashier and the young guy at the window were so nice and helpful. I mean you can truly feel how sincere they were. Great customer service even with a mask on you can see how polite they were specially the one at the window. I hope management reward him and I am sure he can become an excellent manager if the opportunity if given to him. They were 2 Spanish guys early 20's or 18 years old. Blessings to them❤❤

First of all very Great crew very fast and genuine with there work ethic and care. Coffee was the perfect way to start my day and it was delicious for some reason to today my only concern with the entire establishment was there were no outlets,at least working ones. There were two in the entire dining area and both of them did not produce any type of charge. Other than me not being able to juice up my cell for my conference call soon everything was great and the service was warm and welcoming.
