Good service. Overall it is similar to other cold stones. One key thing to note is that they will not validate your parking. So if you plan to go here to get ice cream and validate then be careful.

We came in on a Tuesday afternoon and there was no line. I got eggnog the and babka - both were delicious! Eggnog had a slight kick to it thanks to the brandy. It wasn't too strong which was to my liking. The babka had tasty chunks of cinnamon bread, and had just the right amount of sweetness. All in all a delicious cone!

Best place for ice cream!! I picked up a cookies and cream ice cream cake at this location and the staff were super friendly and helpful! However, hard time to get to as its on Hollywood Blvd so it’s busy and no parking!

Friendly staff and great ice-cream, odd location inside the complex... took me quite some time to find it on the 3rd level... map stands are completely useless. Tasty ice cream made up for all the trouble!
