Store is inside the food court which could get confusing to reach if you are not familiar with the hospital layout to get there. You place your order at the counter and pick it up, then take it to the cashier, which I thought super awkward because there was not enough counter space to put my purchases down-- since brown bags took up most the space-- and I was holding a hot coffee with no sleeve because they were out by the coffee pots. It was a production to bag my purchases while juggling iPad and belongings, all while having my card out ready to pay.
Overall I thought the prices were reasonable. I bought a Good Egg breakfast sandwich, a bag of chips, a parfait, and got the 99 cent coffee deal and spent $10 and change. If I was to complain about anything else it would be that the lemon aioli was not evenly smeared and the egg was placed off center when cut--so that the second half of the sandwich was a bit plain. However, the bread was fresh and flaky, and was still enjoyable. I had the blueberry parfait the next day and also found it quite nice.
I love them and their food. Funny how a little something sweet in the morning with a cup of coffee starts the day off right. The location I go to is in Memorial Regional and it is small, but the staff are quick and friendly.
Very good and fresh bagels, my personal favorite asiago cheese bagel.
Soups are really great we got lil late. Staff was very good.
Not bad for a cafe inside a hospital
