Be Adventurous. It's nice to walk into a bar that has a wall of beers I've never heard of from around the world. Even the bartenders are gathered from the Russian far reaches of the globe. The Magic Hat #9 on tap is better than any bottle Ive ever bought and the St Peters Cream Stout is a good hearty beer to follow up with. Perhaps the trendy atmosphere or original artwork on the wall lend the drinks some spice. Or perhaps this is just what beer in a snazy hole in the wall is meant to taste like. With the pizza joint next door its my favorite stop in Downtown Hollywood.
Great selection. While it sits next to a pizza place and beef eaters, it is a nice mix of trendy and chill. Great beer selection and ambiance make it awesome!
Wake up with a hangover from the other side of the world. What a great place to meet up with friends and jam out to some Euro techno as you laugh at yourself trying to do the "robot". Here you can stick with the bar keeps recommendations or venture out on your own beer trek, and watch your friends reaction as they take that first sip, Priceless! You can play plenty of drinking games, i.e. cover your eyes and point to the menu. Caution!!!: If you live north of Hollywood and travel on I-95 to get home, don't stop and ride the big wooden roller coaster aka Dania Beach Hurricane. May induce sudden vomiting. Well get a little bit of your cultural alcoholism on at PRL.
Love it! Super chill place with some cool people. Tried a few beers I’ve never had and found my new fav. Patrick the bartender is awesome.
Super chill vibe in what feels like an obscure grunge punk bar. I love it! Quirky, strange, and interesting art on the walls. Decent booze selection. Right next door to a great pizza place (huge slices).
Stumbled across this gem with my girlfriend and had a great time. Live band was great and affordable beer. PRL quickly became a favorite of mine. Look forward to visiting again.
It is now known as Woodys Tavern and there are dancers here every Thursday and Friday to give you entertainment while you drink! Plus an awesome pizza place right next door open late as well
The fact that I didn't start drinking in and stinking up this place earlier is purely my own oversight. This bar encapsulates the essence of the strange and hard-to-put-your-finger-on quality that is downtown Hollywood, Florida. There's local art on the walls, currently neo-primitive paintings of some of SFL's punk rock luminaries performing in their prime, an extensive beer selection, signs in Polska, a hallway covered in snapshots leading to the privy and the alley, and the overwhelming feeling that someone cares about the patrons and their enjoyment. Highly recommended.
Great place to hang out with friends, or after dining at a nearby restaurant. Huge selection of beers, and well tended bar. The place is not very loud, and local oriented. Very good.
It's hard to find good beer in Hollywood. They've got it. This is also one of the few places where I feel like a t-shirt and jeans is acceptable in the otherwise very glamorous vibe that southern Florida puts out there...

My favorite bar in Hollywood. They have a atmosphere that brings you into a European movie or something. Great selection of beer, good pizza right next door.
Ducked in for some cheap drinks and some second-hand smoke and got both.
Kimmy is a gem of a bartender.

Place has changed for the better! Under new management with a licor and beer selection. Music has gotten better and the new bartenders are doing a great job!
