The food was great. The environment was somewhat loud and pretty chaotic, which isn’t ideal but that’s just the general atmosphere.
Great place, great food but the service is the BEST. In today's world the people that work at this location in Hollywood FL are outstanding. They are friendly, sweet and very helpful. Thank you all
If it's Tuesday, you can't go wrong with Tijuana Flats. They have the dos tacos special, and the burrito bowls are really filling. The drinks and the margaritas are great. The customer service is always fantastic. Also, I live the new togo sauce cups with the attached lid (huge improvement).
They mixed up our order and it took a long time to come out but when it did it was tasty. But it reminds me of fast food....
Amazing service, love the deals they have as well, love the art there is, their sauce sections is cool. Recommend coming here for Tex mex food !
Awesome experience and even better staff. When door dash ruined EVERYTHING Tijuana offered to remake the food that was never delivered, to make EVERYTHING right. These people are awesome and they definitely care!

Great place for great prices. Service is great. Lissette and her crew amazing. The food bomb. Good deals too. I got the shrimp bowl, chicken flautas and the new cheese hard and soft taco. Delicious.
It wasn't busy at the time that we went which was after 4pm. Service was fast and friendly and the order was correct. My partner always order flautas but they looked and tasted different he said. Very few people eating in, lots of to go orders being picked up.

The staff are very welcoming - always greets customers and usually will ask if a customer would like to see a printed menu before proceeding to the counter. If dining in, staff are attentive and the hot sauce bar is fantastic (still working my way through the many flavors). The food is yummy and everything is fresh.
I gave 4 out of 5 stars due to the to-go order failures - be sure to double check your order before leaving, as the kitchen seems to consistently forgets to pack the fixings (lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, etc.) or makes the order incorrectly. 🤷♀️
If you like Mexican food eat here. If you ate Taco Bell million times. Stop eating Taco Bell and eat here. I had two soft tacos with everything but jalapenos. And some nacho chips with guacamole. Guacamole looks fresh and made on location. You can see in the pictures the chunks of avocado and tomato. I made my order for pickup, the wait on the phone was a little long but well worth it for such fresh food and excellent customer service. The employees are hard-working knowledgeable and always there to help. Please be sure to tip they deserve it. The only reason why I didn't get more stars was because I didn't get to sign in and try more of their delicious food. I love the decor
