Great entertainment, food, and culture! Margarita's were excellent. That's because I ordered it with Patron instead of the house tequila! 🍹 The food was hot, delicious, and authentic! If you like classic Mexican songs, this is the place to grab your family and sing along! Next time, I will request Juan Gabriel! Great job on the Marco Antonio Solis songs!
A good friend referred this place …specifically for happy hour! The $4 dollar margaritas were great! No food specials - even on Tuesday. A very authentic Mexican restaurant- music, decorations and wait staff make you feel like you are dining somewhere in Mexico accept for the prices!
Expect to pay at least $20 per person for food and when the bill comes- note that an 18% tip is included!
Nice place but a bit spendy at $20-$30 per person. The taco salad I ordered was very good- loaded with more chicken than lettuce- so felt like I got my moneys worth.
The absolute best authentic Mexican food either my husband or I have ever had. We’ll be talking about this dinner for years to come or until we get to come back! Our server was so sweet and did everything timely and efficiently. This place is a well oiled machine!

Best Mexican food in South Florida! This reminds me of the Tex Méx I get back home in Oklahoma and Texas! I was soooo happy to find this spot and that spicy margarita was HEAVEN! I WILL BE BACK OFTEN! Parking isn't easy with construction work on the main road but you'll thank yourself that you came!
Been coming to Orale for years now and their food has consistently been delicious! This is a spot to bring your friends and family, it won’t disappoint.
Let’s start with their everyday happy hour which ends at 7! I love the extended hours, a much more realistic happy hour. The drink list includes a regular margarita and select beers.
Food: we started out with the chorizo dip and guacamole, definitely good choices. Our table ordered shrimp ceviche, steak ranchero and taquitos and everyone was happy with their meal.
As of my review 6/13/23, parking can be hard to get as they are doing construction right outside the restaurant. This means there were 2 small outdoor seating but their usual patio is under renovations. We struggled to find parking a bit but that’s just downtown Hollywood.
As many reviews have stated, an automatic 18% gratuity is added. We tipped a bit extra on top because our waitress was amazing and super attentive. They also work together to make sure your drinks are good and your chip basket is full. Love it here!
Bathroom can use some extra love but it was also a busy night. All in all, a great restaurant!
Love this place. Closest thing to So Cal Mexican I can find in Broward or Dade. Food is always consistent and delicious. Some dishes I’m used to growing up are missing but I totally understand why (like the cactus dishes).
Drinks are always strong and well prepared with lots of options and specials as well. Mariachi nights are always a blast and yes, they take requests!
Amazing! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who even got us napkins for our glasses (it was raining outside)! A gentleman came to our table for chips and salsa as soon as we sat down and never let it empty, he was amazing! Our sever was very attentive and brought our drinks right away. He gave us good recommendations and advised us that the molcajete was for two people (my friend was going to order it just for himself). Overall would highly recommend. We went around 2pm on a Sunday no line or wait. They have an amazing green sauce for their chips that is like no other! Would highly recommend!
First time visiting and I was blown away.
From the decorations, to the staff, to the food, the atmosphere was amazing!
I had the "Burritos Deluxe" with chicken and beef and it's definitely one of the best dishes I've had in a LONG time.
Definitely coming back soon.
And I'm not much of a dessert person but the ones I saw today looked very tasty.
Everything was great, from the artwork of the walls, chairs to tables. Food was amazing (Pozole, Flautas, Chips and Salsa, Tacos de Lengua and Chilaquiles). Customer service was great.
A longtime tenant on the ever-evolving Downtown Hollywood scene, Orale is a great spot to enjoy indoor or outdoor dining or if you want to have drinks with friends. There’s even live music on certain nights. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Parking near Orale can be hit or miss depending on the time of day. There’s the city parking garage a couple of blocks away, plus there’s parking spots near the railroad tracks and on adjacent streets, so don’t immediately get discouraged.
