Don't download the app unless you want to share your credit card information in their link- they say they will give you a free slice of pie if you download their app, but what you have to do is create an account including credit card... Service was good once we got seated, after waiting nearly 20 minutes to be seated, no one greeted us, the staff all appeared to be paying more attention to those who walked in for take out orders. The restaurant wasn't busy, food was as expected, served fairly quickly, biscuit was cold.

My 7-year old and I went to lunch here today and everything about our experience rubbed me the wrong way. For starters, no hostess and no greeting when we entered. We just stood there waiting to be acknowledged by one of the many workers in the service area. Once seated we waited a few minutes, but the server was polite and quick to bring our drinks. However, the kitchen and wait staff were arguing and throwing their arms up at each other and having loud conversations. Probably not a good thing to do when you are exposed to the entire dining area! They were acting unprofessional and snapping at each other constantly. Wouldn’t have been so bad but I sat there waiting to be checked on so I could ask for my bill for approximately 20 minutes! On our way out there was a man who appeared to be having the same experience; as he questioned if they were seating people or not since he hadn’t even been greeted by staff. Where was management? They need a course on professionalism!!!!

Took my son and friend here for lunch. The waitress Sue was horrible. She took a really long time to put our food order in and acted funny towards my son and his friend due to disabilities. The manager was awesome making sure we were taken care of. Just to say normally when we come here there is no problem. Sue has been here 35 yrs. Time for her TO GO!!!

We have given this location multiple opportunities to get it right. Wait staff need customer service training. Specifically; probably should stop dropping off the bill as soon as we get our food and then never return to our table again. I mean, one refill would be nice. The last visit we had there; the waitress only took my order, walked away and never took my husband's order! When I asked her about it, she said she didn't think he looked hungry. I'm a fan of second chances but I think we're done here. I love the salads so much.

Disappointed with food purchased from online order. I was nice with3 stars because I called and spoke with the manager who was very polite and professional (didn't catch his name) and very apologetic. Won't go into much info about food because the manager did handle it correctly. Props to the manager
