The service was a little slow for it not being busy but the food and wine were immaculate. I shared six tapas with two other people but only captured a photo of one. The portions are good sized and generous. I will be coming back to try the other tapas and maybe some main dishes 😜 I just love my Tapas.

Cafe Madrid is a nice Spanish restaurant with flavors of Spain that falls little short on authentic flavor. We were here for a birthday of a friend and had a few tapas and the seafood Paella. For the tapas and bread we had: calamari was normal, queso manchego, chorizo, y Jasmin serrano had good chorizo, the rolls were great warm from oven, croquet as de pollo we're good, patatas bravas had a good spice which some did not enjoy, pulpo a la gallega which was decent with the octopus soft but a slight fishy flavor, and gambas al ajillo salsa Rojas which was shrimp with a great sauce that I liked with the bread. Mainly had a lot of tapas which some were great and others just normal. Ended with the seafood Paella which was not how our friends thought it should be as the plate had a mound in the middle instead of the normal flate with dish look it is suppose to be traditionally. The seafood was decent and flavor was not quite there. Good dish but my friends said it should have been better. Overall some good and normal dishes that I would maybe go back for trying a few more tapas and maybe a main dish. 3 stars due to it being OK and not some place I would eat at often.

This place was great! Pictured are the Eggs Benedict with Spanish sausage and the Tortilla Española with Spanish sausage, as well as mimosas. Both were unique and delicious dishes. The service was wonderful: friendly and well-paced and the atmosphere is quaint.

Fabulous chicken marsala if your in house.. amazing atmosphere.. great service.. the marsala came with delicious mashed creamed potatoes with mushrooms... yum. Inconsistent and disappointing "to go" chicken marsala tough, stringy, lacking flavor.. ordered 6x only 3 were worth eating.

Cafe Madrid has a comfortable and cozy dining room. I’ve eaten at Cafe Madrid several times, the service is always great, food varies from good to great and they have a great selection of wines.

I would love to give you 5 stars but sadly I cannot. While I enjoyed my sangria and the bacon wrapped shrimp very much, my friend was served the salmon and the middle of it was raw. She requested it to be cooked more and when they returned her plate and she began eating again, she found it was still raw. The kitchen was about to cook it a THIRD time but at this point she didn't find the meal very appealing. She asked for the lasagna as a replacement. Because of the length of time it took with the raw salmon, she had to get her lasagna to go and the server never even apologized for the poorly prepared salmon or the delay, and they didn't comp her meal. She was VERY disappointed. As a kicker, they rushed my order out, I had ordered the lasagna, and I was never given my salad, nor was there any explanation to the oversight. Our waters were never refilled nor did they ask if I cared for another beverage. It's very sad that such a fine restaurant would deliver such bad service. I'm not sure that I'd feel inclined to recommend this restaurant to others or return myself.
