Denny's

Placed a pickup order. Went in and waited 20 minutes after the order was suppose to be completed. I wouldn't be upset normally but there were only three tables seated. I'm assuming they never made the order and panic rushed it when I came to pick it up. Took the food to the hotel (they forgot my drinks) and my daughter got halfway through her burger when she showed me the Burger was completely raw. My sisters burger was raw and my burger was soaking wet and mushy. The pie we ordered hurt my wife's stomach. I went in to get my money back and returned the food and was told the general manager would call me to get my refund but so far I have been ghosted.

Went for lunch today with my mom, right at 12:30 and it was slammed. Two big tables of families with kids at least 6 at each in addition to at least 4 other tables (that I could see). Regardless, the server was amazing. Pretty sure she was the only one taking tables, but the manager did bring by our drinks so I assume she was helping. The server was awesome though. Our food came out quickly, and it was perfectly cooked. Shout-out to whoever made my over-easy eggs cause they were absolutely perfect. I wish I got the servers name, but we didn't get a chance to unfortunately. But she was awesome. Hopefully she made mad tips that shift cause she deserves it!

Stopped at Denny's in Holbrook. The two waitresses looked at us, said nothing. It took 5 minutes before 1 waitress who was picking at her mouth to say we will be right with you. Stood there, then she said we are getting a table ready for you. The other waitress proceeded to clean all tables instead of one to seat us. We decided to leave. This is unfortunate. We like Denny's and always had good service at other locations. I would have given them a zero. They need customer service skills.

Food was good. However, service was horrible. My server disappeared for 20 min. When she came back I asked for a Togo box because my daughter didn't wanna eat. So was gonna take it for on the road. Go to the restroom and she had thrown everything away. Asked for kids meal to come off My ticket cause she didn't even take a bite. And it was thrown away.
