6/2022 3* Filthy and gross. Tables were all a mess. Men's washroom is closed and looks like it may be another year or two till they get to it. Tables were just full of food scraps. No place to sit and wait while waiting for your food. Unfortunately, it looked like there was one lady running the register and the kitchen. So that may be it.
On the positive side! The chicken is some of the best I have ever had from any Browns. Golden, crispy, and delicious! And they serve Pepsi!!!

I went to Brown's Chicken in Hoffman Estates. This place is amazing, their food is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing. Even though I was taking out, the owner of the restaurant Ali is amazing, we were just talking while the food was being prepared. If you love chicken or burgers this place has got it all! I know I will be back ordering their food again!

Awesome customer service by Ali and the food was really good. Crispy and fresh. I personally loved their fresh marinated tenders and would recommend it. Don't look far one of the best places in the Hoffman area for Hala Fried Tender Juicy Crispy chicken.

Perfect place for late night food or anytime, first time at this location and the hospitality and service was exceptional. The man at the front was so nice and sweet. The food was delicious and the price was great! Definitely recommend.

Amazing food 10/10! If your ever in the area this restaurant is definitely a MUST. Fried chicken is always nice, warm, and crispy. Customer service is great, staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I was here for the first time but I had a very good experience with food and the timing of food was perfect and fast. The owners of the restaurant are so friendly and they made sure their service was number one. Kudos
