Do Not order for business events/meetings/conferences. This location has proven time and time again that they are unable to meet delivery times and are consistently late. I’ve now taken them off of my business lunch ordering list as we wind up losing meeting time as lunch doesn’t arrive on time and we can not get started back up… When you try to call to figure out what’s going… no one picks up… so G/L.

Worst Jimmy John's ever. The woman immediately put me on hold. After ten minutes I hung up and called again. She put me on hold AGAIN. This went on for the four calls I put in. She FINALLY answered and before I could even say two words she tells me that they don't deliver to my house. But I've been calling the same Jimmy John's for years. I called the next one closest to my house and they were cool and did their thing. I'm happy the other one doesn't deliver here anymore. The smugness and arrogance this woman has is so wrong. I also work with human customers and I would NEVER treat anyone like that. Jimmy John's has lowered the bar way too much in Hoffman Estates.

I have been so disappointed with this Jimmy John's service this past year. I used to order from here in the past and would get the sandwich delivered within 30 minutes placing it online. But I've had them deliver my sandwich for more than 1 hour 15 min from the time I order three times already and they're just less than 1.5 miles away. Their excuse is they only have one driver and have 10 deliveries..... like it's my problem!! The very last time I'll be ordering from them!!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with jimmy johns. I live 1.5 miles from the store and half the time I get told they cannot deliver to me because I am not in their delivery radius, but sometimes they do deliver to me.... No consistency... What happened to this chain? I live literally around the corner from this place.

Due to Covid , we had to host a bridal shower with small groups coming througout the whole day. I wanted individually wrapped sandwiches and we had to divide up the pick ups, etc. The manager, Jasmine, helped me figure everything out and the most economical way to do it. Everything was perfect and the entire staff was friendly and helpful during the entire process. We have a few Jimmy Johns near us, but from now on this is going to be our go to store!

My husband received terrible service from a woman assistant manager on 9/21. I hope you guys start recording calls for quality assurance. We were having a birthday party at our home and wanted to get a few sandwiches. We order from this location often so thought it would be a quick choice. We spoke to a male worker on the phone last week about them messing up our order last week. He added a free chip + drink on our account, the drink was only messed up so he was being very generous. He said to call back and it's on our account. However when we called my husband was told the system changed and there was nothing we could do if we didn't know the name of the person working, her words were "there is no way for her to give us the items as there is no promo code". My husband asked our group what we wanted to do and decided we would get the rest of our groups order and go in next week to figure out his name. I ask her if she is in management and she said she was an assistant. I then went to tell her that maybe for some reason the man who helped us put it under my number, but when I started talking she rudely told me, "not to interrupt her". My group will be going to another place to order lunch today. We are all locals to this Jimmy John's and no one who was listening to the phone call, patiently waiting to say their orders, had ever received service like this from a Jimmy John's.

Worst Jimmy John's sandwich. We visited this location on Jan 01, 2020 at 6:30 pm. Orded two #4 original sandwiches and both the sandwiches were horrible. First the service was extremely slow (around 15 mins to get our sandwiches), Jimmy John's is know for a freaking fast delivery. Second, the bread was stale, it was so hard that I couldn't finish the whole sandwich. I am a big fan of jimmy John's sandwich but this experience was one of my worst.
