Food was good, had bacon cheeseburger and a Fresco melt, also two shakes that were thick and good. There were no servers and you ordered digitally when you arrive and the shakes came in styrofoam cups. This is not the traditional Stake and Shake anymore, now it’s just fast food. Went to the bath

Waaay to goo staff!!! Previous experience with steak n shake South Elgin is you guranteed to have something messed up and it would be sloooooow. Not here I could tell very prompt and food was great

It is such a bummer that there are no servers anymore. You just go up to the kiosk and order your food now. Although I was bummed there were no servers, It seems like the food came out faster and more accurate than it used to when they had servers. Didn't have the spice sauce on the tables either. A

For sure the best S&S around. At least it's always open unlike the others that we tried to stop at. Food is good and we love the fries. My only complaint is, my wife ordered a small fry and I ordered a medium and I swear there were the same amount in each bag, which made me feel a bit ripped off.

Came here to meet with some old friends. We had a blast. Spent about 4 hrs here catching up and chowing down. Staff was super nice and the place was very clean. Food is cheap but so good.
