Steak 'n Shake

Food was good, had bacon cheeseburger and a Fresco melt, also two shakes that were thick and good. There were no servers and you ordered digitally when you arrive and the shakes came in styrofoam cups. This is not the traditional Stake and Shake anymore, now it’s just fast food. Went to the bath room and found a lot ants in the sink and the floor was dirty.

It is such a bummer that there are no servers anymore. You just go up to the kiosk and order your food now. Although I was bummed there were no servers, It seems like the food came out faster and more accurate than it used to when they had servers. Didn't have the spice sauce on the tables either. Again overall the food was great and service was fast.

I love this fast food in Hoffman Estates. It is my first time to try them and the place was the usual fast food spot but it was incredibly clean inside. We used the kiosk while ordering our foods and I must say that it is better and it is way easier. Food was quick. We prefer to dine in to enjoy the experience inside and we never regret. The ambiance is comfortable and we enjoyed the food. Food has a good and everything has a nice portion. They are all hot as well. I highly recommend their shakes cause it was so good. I would definitely come back if I would go around the area again.
