The food itself was pretty bad. The cheese on the pizza was better than expected but the whole thing still reminded me of better-than-usual middle school cafeteria pizza. Service and location are both pretty bad as well -- there was nowhere to eat in the actual food court area since the chairs were put away, which is pretty inexcusable since the place was still going to be open for another hour and a half. The food was passable but you can really do better at their price point, especially since they are charging $3.99 per slice for some of their options, more than Basile's right down the street charges for its more basic options.

Wheres the old staff?!! :_( Every morning the rush would come in and not stop for hours, these two guys would handle everything flawlessly, remember everyone's order and sometimes even their name. They even remembered to give me a receipt because I'd always ask for one! The cashier left and a few months later now the cook is gone. The new cashier drove me crazy enough and now there's 4 baboons trying to fill their spots :( they couldnt remember bagel with butter... no bag for everything... no spoon with yogurt. It just made me sad. Bring the others guys back!! I know there is a learning curve so I'll try to be patient but these guys have never worked in restaurant business before

Reviews are all over the place for this place. It's in the hoboken train terminal and is a convenience if you want something to eat in the morning or at the end of the day if you missed your train. The pizza is OK and they have some other hot entrees, depending on how late you show up in the evening. Your alternative for hot food in the terminal is the bar and grill, which is also pretty good but if you want something quick before you catch your train, this is a pretty good choice. Set your expectations appropriately - it's not a 5 star restaurant but it is convenient, quick, and not expensive.

I visit this location very often, as I work in Hoboken. As of late I have been getting “youhoo” (chocolate milk) and I noticed that I was always paying different prices for it. The Indian ladies always charged me $2.65 which I thought was a lot. They never scan it either, they always just tell me the price. So this morning I went in and the girl at the register very kindly scanned the bottle and it rang up $2.10..... I explained to her how I have been being overcharged and she kindly apologized on the behalf of her co workers. Today after work I stopped by to buy another, (I’m pregnant and crave youhoo!) and the Indian lady again just looked and told me $2.65. I asked her to scan it and when she did sure enough it rang up $2.10..... I tried to pay her the $2.10 and she REFUSED to take my money and insisted I give her more money. She then proceeded to press buttons on her register and somehow got the youwho to ring up $2.55 ..... I asked for a manager and they looked at me like I was stupid. I am disappointed to say that they have lost my service and I will NOT be visiting this sabarro EVER again. Customer service is TERRIBLE. The 1 star is specifically for the girl who helped me this morning. She was very sweet.
