One of the few places in this area where the staff is genuinely nice and helpful. I understand staffing is hurting a lot of places but despite that this location still performs better then the hand they were given. This location is fantastic and deserve all the praise they can get!

Go do the drive through even if just to try the customer service. Chicken sandwich is great and a bargain. But I was shocked the first time I went through and heard such a happy cheerful attitude from a fast food joint. I thought maybe it was a fluke. So I went back. It keeps happening on different days with different people. Refreshing in post Covid to see people being awesome! Someone in management there is doing good in cultivating this.

I go there our of my way, I live in Crown Point and got some biscuits and chicken I could not even chew. But the staff is always so pleasant. Food is always hot and very good. It is the one in MERRILLVILLE across from Sam's club, off of US #30.
