Food is good. Really slow. I used the kiosk to order. Only seen 2 people actually working. Everyone else was too busy on their phones. Took 25 mins to get my order out. They could do way better

Besides Their microphone sucking, or hard of hearing employees, the food was ok. I see they're making cut backs too. First time my tacos didn't drop something in my lap.

There should not be any reason for the workers to stand around and talk and be cussing and not get food out to customers, I sat there for 32 minutes and the drive thru was not busy at all... 2ndly a worker was making food and a broom dropped to the floor and he grabbed it with his hand that had a glove on, that he continued to make food with the same glove. Touching his phone with the same glove... I will not be coming here anymore! The kiosk was absolutely filthy from peoples fingers all over it! Restrooms was not well kept up....

I visited months ago and ordered online and prepaid , I couldn’t get my food as the doors were locked ((during normal hours about diner time)today I wandered over doors still locked only running the the take out window months later I wanted some food..... don’t go here this joint is garbage

Every time I stop here it’s a 20 to 30 min wait to get good. I have gone in and watched the staff hanging out in the back doing nothing. I wish there was a way to contact the manager!!!

Not once but twice I have come to this location in Merriville on 61st Ave during hours of operation……(6a-2a ) pull up to the drive thur and sit for 15-20min ….. NOTHING ….No ….we”re close… No …..sorry for your inconvenience we closed early. Bad thing about it you can see them in there watching you as you sit waiting on them to respond. Very inconsiderate!!!
Finally we spot someone an employee crossing the street and we yell out “ Are you guys close”? She responded “ Yes we are .. it’s only to of us .. so we are only taking door dash” ok really it’s a weekday it’s after 11 pm …who’s door dashing at that time.. smh….
