Went in for lunch today, no one was at the counter and Bell was missing. We had to search for a gas station employee to let the subway employee know we were there. We were met with no apology, no smile, in fact almost a disgruntled expression of us being there. After making the sandwiches the employee decided to write hers and his on our sandwiches...we are both girls and the idea of assuming someone's gender to identify a sandwich blows my mind, the only difference was olives, can you not just write olives? Also the bread was under proofed and burnt, and the meatballs were cold. Just an overall bad experience.
