Great meal, prompt service piping hot and fresh - 2pc fish with Cole slaw n broccoli, liked it, gave it in a takeaway box which worked for me.

Food was good, was taking to my mom at nursing home. Thank God I got the sandwich for her BC the nursing home didn't bring her supper tray and when they did, after an hour and 15 late. The food looked like they dug out of garbage. Thankful she at least got some hot fish

Had the salmon platter with rice and fries. Only gave me about 10 fries and 3 spoons of rice. Salmon tasted good but had to pay extra for a so called Medium drink that is a Small anywhere else. I didn't feel like I got $12 worth of food. Plus the parking lot has tons of pot holes in it and I got harassed by a homeless man while I was trying to eat. Bathrooms are dirty and there was trash on the floor of dining area that employees just ignored. I blame management. Worst fast-food place I've been to in Hixson area so far.

Shrimp taste old and rubbery, I was suppose to have fish but it taste like chicken, coleslaw was great Mac and cheese was cold. This was the worst meal!!! If I could give no stars I would!!!

Husband picked up food in drive thru for our family . Order was correct and hot and fresh. He said when he arrived at pickup window , there was only the manager and one other employee working. Much appreciation !

One young gal running the whole place while I saw 2 employees at back door smoking and telling jokes when I arrived. Slow service, place gone down hill, won't be back.

Went through the drive thru, they left an entire meal out of the order that was paid for.
$41 worth of food and the manager did not even offer a comp or discount.
