Good customer service is at an all time low! There’s a much better Starbucks across the street. The only issue is the line is normally very long. But it’s worth it because you’ll get much better service! The girls in here did not even acknowledge our presence as we waited in line.. they were busy talking and laughing about personal matters.. smh I love Target I go there for all of my shopping needs but they need to hire better team members in the Starbucks.

THE NICEST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I cannot believe what an amazingly positive experience I had there today. I was having a truly terrible morning, and this VERY nice guy at Starbucks brightened my whole day. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity, that not everyone is bad, and that people truly care about making this world a happier place. All I can truly say is THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!

I come to Starbucks every single day and I had a horrible experience today. The girls working today 7/11 not only overcharged me for what I normally get charged but also messed my order up. You would think if I come here literally every single day of my life I would know the price.

Drove 25mins to this Starbucks for the employees to tell me they were closed and it was only 8:15pm, I been here at 8:40 pm before and never a problem. now all of the sudden they close at 8:00pm when it clearly also says on google they close at 9:00pm! Disappointed
