Panda Express

Panda is open inside finally!!! Great quick fast food, rice and noodles were done correctly, not dry or undercooked and not mushy. Orange chicken is the go to and did not disappoint, tried the honey sesame chicken with green beans, wasn't a big fan but wasn't bad, wife loved it and took mine as her Angus steak was a little spicy, so fair trade. Inside was clean and had a few customers dining in, but drive thru was packed. Serving staff was relatively quick and cook staff were working feverishly to keep up, keep working hard, we appreciate your service.

Went into this location on a Saturday at lunchtime. Zero customers inside. Zero customers in drive thru lane. Observed no food whatsoever, hourly staff standing around doing nothing. No management staff apparent. No motivation, no apologies. This is the United States circa 2022. Panda Express, if you can't fulfill the most basic responsibilities of a public fast food restaurant (having food available) you need to lock your doors permanently. Sadly this is the norm at most Panda Express locations, it isn't limited to just this location.

My husband went to get dinner for the two of us. Before ordering they informed him they were out of 5 entree items but over looked that and he got the food. Once home, that’s when we find out that the Orange chicken isn’t made correctly, the fried rice wasn’t fried nor did it have any of the veggies it’s suppose to have. They also were out of EVERY sauce they offer, like absolutely nothing. This location has gone through some changes and it’s clear they aren’t for the better.

This place is ALWAYS out of food! My family and I like this food but will NEVER be returning to this location. I don’t know what they be doing there but they’re always out of something or food isn’t ready! This has been going on since last year and it was understanding with all the pandemic but now is just plain laziness in there on top of the bad customer service.

My experience with this place was not good at all. I placed an order through the app and waited inside for 30 minutes. Not one employee acknowledged me even though I was standing near the register and attempted to talk to them several times. There was a long line for the drive thru and inside, so I get that they were busy, but there were zero attempts to help us in between people in the inside line. They weren’t even understaffed. 30 minutes later the line inside died down and I was finally helped by who I presume to be the manager and/or shift leader. He made my order and when he brought it to me the to go box was sideways in the bag and he was SWINGING IT as he walked toward me. Some of the sauce leaked in the bag and my food was all jumbled up. When I got home I discovered the entrees were barely half full and the chow mein was 90% cabbage. Overall the experience was very bad and I will not be returning.

They need to just close this place... Placed a online order, gave about 20 extra minutes to pick it up and when I get there the dining room is locked up and they are doing drive through only. The drive through line was very long and barely moving.... They still did not have my order ready that I had given them extra time to fix to begin with...

Every time you go there, they never have any food that I want to order with chickenin it. They are alway out of most of there items. It doesn't matter what time if the day that you go. You alway have to wait for them to cook the food, which is probably why they always have a ridiculously long line to where you are waiting ten minutes just to move up. It is like this every time I decide to go. I never have this issue at any other location. Tired of being excited to end up disappointed
