Didnt get correct order. Ask for butter/syrup & utensil for hot cakes, server at window was rude & asked if they were in the bag, which they were not. Ordered 3 biscuits which the bag had 3 in it & they were labeled correctly but when they were opened all of 3 were egg biscuits. Not sausage/egg & chicken . At least my coffee was good.

Today July, 9th 2020 I made my way through the drive thru during the breakfast rush. I ordered an iced coffee and after taking a drink I realized there were coffee grounds all through it. I was very intimidated to return to the location to ask for a new coffee. I walked in and approached Donna and explained the situation. She was very kind and understanding of why I was requesting a new coffee. She was very patient when asking how I would like the replacement. I wasn’t sure how I liked my coffee considering no one has ever asked me specifically how I wanted it. So she made the coffee and asked me to try it before leaving to be sure I liked it. It was perfect, and she let me know exactly how she made it. She wanted to be sure I would know what to ask for in the future. I would like to thank Donna for always being kind and understanding with her costumers. Keep up the great work!

The service is a bit slow. The food is great the the presentation can be better. Every so often mistakes are made with the order that shouldn't be made. And finally, customer service can be better. And I should be able to trust the staff to look clean, and be clean. Most of those mistakes are from staff being intoxicated on the job.
