Employees were pleasant and helpful. I ordered hot dog and fries. The food was tasty but food temperature was only warm when it was served and fries were not hot or crispy, more like warm and mushy. I remember this place from years ago and it seems like I remember the food used to be much better. Maybe my memory is failing, but I thought they used to serve the hot dogs on "toasted buns" , that would be awesome if they did. Seems like it could be a great restaurant again with a little more attention to food presentation.

This is the most delicious tasting food in Southern West Virginia. People drive from as far away as 100 miles to eat at this Locally owned and operated restaurant. Everything is made from Scratch and you could not ask for a more simple and enjoyable environment to relax and eat your food in. I highly Recommend you try it out for yourself.

Ice cream sundaes were good and the view of the river from the outdoor patio was beautiful and relaxing, however we didn't feel very safe inside as none of the staff were wearing masks. Now I could be wrong here, but I do believe the staff was talking about us wearing them and the length of time we took to order. Felt as if they were judging us and the friendly was fake.
