COLD STONE RIP-OFF!!!!!!! First of all, I expressed surprise to the scooper that they only offer 2 frozen yogurt choices. Her rather snotty response was "No, we're an ice cream store." Really. FYI, lots and lots of ice cream shops offer several frozen yogurt choices along with sherbet and sorbet, etc. The also had sorbet, so I went with the smallest size they had (and I mean small) and decided to try the watermelon sorbet. I nearly choked when she rang me up and said "$5.34"!!! Over five bucks for a small cup of very mediocre sorbet. It didn't even taste anything like watermelon...I don't know what it tasted like ... just a sort of generic, fruity overly sweet taste. This is most definitely not handcrafted and made with actual natural ingredients - which is the least I would expect for five bucks! Where I live, and in plenty of other places, excellent, freshly made ice-cream and frozen yogurt is available in the size I got for about $3, $3.50ish. And it's really good! Not so here. I will never again make the mistake of indulging my icy treat craving at this chain! No thanks.

I really did enjoy having ice cream stone creamery. I ordered the French vanilla ice cream with roasted almonds. I've never had it before and liked it. Next time I will but chocolate sprinkles and cherries on top! I highly suggest for Cold stone creamery to get peanut crunch also. They only seemed to have chocolate crunch bar...

Hello, yes, I’d like to leave a complaint. First off, when I went in for a quick morning frappe I had to wait until the afternoon to eat my daily carbs. How dare they not open before noon? Second of all, when I FINALLY did get my frappe I sat down at a table and I felt like I was gonna stick to it. The entire table was covered in some mysterious sticky substance. Does nobody clean around here? Third, the girls behind the counter, although young and cute, did not have cute attitudes. Out of the three girls that were behind the counter not ONE smiled at me. Not even when I tried to crack a joke. It was like they were the three musketeers of anger. Lastly, as I was leaving I realized the open sign was on the inside. Meaning, that the closed sign was facing the public. How are the people of the world supposed to know that this terrible place is open? I guess it doesn’t matter that much. Let’s just say if I could leave zero stars I would. Also don’t get me started on the brain freeze I left with.

Just left this location. Been here many times and the ice cream is great. Tonight had a server with an awful attitude. Did not say hi, was in a mood. I ordered two ice creams and she did not ask if I needed a cover or a bag, and did not say thank you. Extremely rude! Disappointed with service this time.
