Ihop

Very slow service when it wasn’t even packed. I could understand if it was a full house but it wasn’t even close. 4 hostess’s standing around while and hardly any waitresses in sight. Took forever to get our food. The food itself was good which is why they are getting 3 stars. Asked for ketchup and she finally brought out a bottle that had one small squirt left in it. Absolutely terrible service. Will take my chances of not dying at a Waffle House before I go back here.

I pretty much wrote this IHOP off. when they first opened I took my family and the food took a long time to get and it was cold. I thought it's been a while since then so I told my wife let's give them a second chance and it was good food and Kali our waitress was wonderful. So a shout-out to the kitchen staff for food done right.

I had the Spinach and Mushroom omelette. The empty plate speaks for itself. The fruit, however, was a bit past it's prime. They were out of half and half, and the only creamer they had was hazelnut. Not a fan. I asked for milk instead, and they only have 2% which is fine with me, but some might not care for that. Not terribly busy, service was good, staff is polite and all wearing masks properly.

3 hour wait!!! Went with a group of 8 people. We went around 7pm. We didn't get our food until around 10pm and all at different times. Some got half of their order and didn't the rest of the same order until way later. Half of our group got to eat while the others were left waiting. I got my food last of our group after most of my group already finished eating and it was so pointless to stay to eat it that I just took it all to go. My food was hot and fresh when it arrived, but 3 hours too late. Apparently only one cook and one server all night. So I understand the situation but they need to hire people or get help from other stores or need better management or something needs to happen and make a change. Absolutely horrible wait times and no staff. But the food is good. Not going to eat at that location again until they get some staff.

Staff was okay. The hostess when you first walks in makes you want to walk right back out. My waitress was amazing. I couldn’t eat inside because they pack everyone to one side of the restaurant instead of distancing and when I asked for another table , the lady refused and told me it wasn’t possible but the other half of the store was completely empty . Health safety complete 0, no one wears a mask but like two people. It was only about two staff members who had a great attitude. I get this job is stressful. I do it myself. That’s why I know more COULDVE been done but wasn’t. Would recommend food but not the service. Have a hiring event.
