Applebee's

April 8: 2-star:. This is the first time a second trip resulted in a lower score. This time things were not average. The food was good. The drinks were not. The hostess staff and wait staff did a poor job even though it wasn't crowded. The beers arrived at the table at different levels and with no head. The strawberry margarita just looked sad. There was only sugar on half the rim, no garnishment, very little alcohol, it tasted like a strawberry lemonade in a fancy glass. The manager had no control over the restaurant or staff and quality was a mixed bag all around. This place sucked tonight, and it was way less crowded than last week. April 1: 3-star: The service was good. Very average Applebee's experience. Nothing stood out. The staff knowledge, the food, the drinks were all average and expected.

The worst food service ever, very likely the worst in the United States, and I've been to places that openly didn't like my middle eastern face and had better experience. We waited for an hour for the manager to tell us that she was very sorry, they're backed up. When I told her other tables that sat and ordered after us have been eating their food already, her answer was that it depends on what they order as well! Well that's great to know after years of cooking, now the craft Mac and Cheese takes longer to make than a half rack of ribs. After bringing our food, they left raw onions on my wife's food which wasn't supposed to be and almost burned my burger when I ordered it pink. I'd like to see their response!!!

My husband and I started coming to this location about a year ago and it’s gone downhill, fast. As a chain, I will say that I LOVE Applebee’s, but this specific site really needs help all the way around. The host/hostesses are nice, the prices are right and the alcohol is good but that’s all I can really say. In fact, the only reason this location is receiving 3 stars is because of their drinks... I’d recommended going here for the bar, but expect your meals to be made incorrectly and undercooked. The most recent visit was the last straw for me when I asked for my burger to be made with no pink and it literally came out extremely pink with raw portions. (See photo attached). With that being said, I understand mistakes happen and this wasn’t quite the servers fault but it’s how she handled it. The server just stared blankly at me when I politely showed her the issue and she said, “so what do you want me to do about it?” and rolled her eyes...

Went on 3/3/22. The food was pretty good. Not the best Applebees I have been too, but good. The service was a little weird. They were nice, but they kept trying to give us the bill. Don’t you want us to buy more drinks and dessert? They probably would have sucked another 30 bucks out of us if my wife did not get tired of telling them we are not ready for the bill yet.

Went tonight with my family. The waiter was pretty weird. My husband asked for a side of strawberries for our 8yr old and the guy goes "ok, this is what I'm going to do for you, because you're in the Army and you're poor..." 🤯 Like who says that?! So incredibly rude and since we spent almost $100, we would have got a nice tip, but because we're "poor", he got a $1. Won't be back.
