Panera Bread

They're getting better but orders always come out funny. Forgetting ingredients like cheese, dressing or forgetting drinks as a whole. Mobile orders reflect order or any changes and inside the cashier reads back the order correctly but something usually gets mixed up once the order is received. They've gotten quicker over time and the food is still good you just might not get your order.

I had to ask for coffee. They were all out. I've visited Panera Break all over America and this was at the bottom of the list. They were out of a lot of menu items. If you're going to offer a coffee subscription, at least have coffee readily available and milk too. I had to ask for milk which is behind the counter.

It smelled like urine and/or dirty mop water as soon as I entered the building. I ordered a Pick 2–half sandwich and salad. It was okay. However, there was way too much dressing on my salad. As far as the sandwich, there was this gross glob of butter on one end of it, as well as a streak of butter going across the bottom. If I had to guess, the food handler may have unintentionally transferred butter from their glove onto it. I had to use a napkin to remove it. If you’re a college student or someone looking to use their internet for important work, don’t even bother. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow to the point that I gave up getting school work done. I’ve had positive experiences at other Panera locations, but this is easily the slowest. The network couldn’t have been congested because there were only 2 to 3 other customers in there besides myself. If providing horrendously bad free internet is their way to get customers quickly in and out, then they succeeded. Unfortunately, their stinky interior and mediocre food is a guarantee to keep me away forever.

Wanted oatmeal, but they were out of it. Fine. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and that took over 20 minutes to make. The people making the food were so unprofessional and badly dressed. The guy wore his pants down around his thighs showing his underwear. They all had a nonshalont attatude about them. I won't be back nor would I recommend going to that store.
