Firestorm Cafe

Phenomenal. Simply p.h.e.n.o.m.e.n.a.l food. We ordered the eggs and hashbrowns which were done to perfection. The keilbasa was notably outstanding! The biscuits and gravy was as though a piece of heaven melted in my mouth. The blueberries in pancakes are cooked inside (not placed on top after the fact) and are soooo good! It was all reasonably priced. Family owned and operated. So much better than Tobies. We will eat here again and recommend it often

The food was good but the atmosphere was not. The place was really dirty and the decor was awful. Local patrons were looking at us like we were aliens. The cook and waitress seemed to be ignoring us and sat down at a table with patrons. We shared one patty melt sandwich with fries and the total cost was $26! If you're like us & enjoy trying new restaurants, don't waste your time trying this one.

Firestorm is on main street in historic downtown Hinckley. There have been many restaurants that have come and gone on the same 1 block stretch. But this one is standing on its own and will most likely remain for many years to come! Their food is excellent. We've had many things in the menu and have never felt let down. Their pizza is quite good as well. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Even if you're just looking for a burger, this is a great place to stop in and give them a try! It's almost like they're hidden in town on main street, but take the little drive into town and enjoy some great food and or pizza! Your mouth will be pleased that you did and your checkbook will still have money in it!
