Our food was hot, fresh and delicious!!! I ordered using the drive thru service and my order was correct!!!!! We Loved This Wonderful Wendy's!!!

Came through and slept in my car in the Walmart parking lot for the night. This Wendy's was close, and my wife and I didn't want to travel far for food, so we came to this Wendy's. Looked up the reviews, they were a bit mixed. I will say my experience with the restaurant wasn't the best, but I understand why. A crew of young people can be a bit hard to work with sometimes, and the girl in the window(I believe I overheard that she was new) accidently handed my order to the car in front of me. Although I had to wait for my order to be remade, I understand human error and new enployee mistakes(especially when the two are put together). I could tell the younger guy in the second drive-thru window was really sweating the mistake, and honestly looked more bothered than I was lol. Long story short, they did a fine job all together and fixed the situation. The food was good, and you guys deserve to be treated with respect and grace just the same as everyone else!

Using the app to place a mobile order had me skipping a significant line right at lunch time. The food was prepared quickly and was exactly as expected, including the customizations I added. The only con, aside from eating healthier, is that the prices are really starting to creep up there.

Food is always fresh n hot! People can be so rude and not understand that there short staff members not just here but an any place!!!. Staff members are nice! I always see them moving fast! Trying to get customers stratified! But there always that one rude person trying to get something for free!! . Over all i recommend this place!

We went in late because we couldn't find any local places that weren't packed full after our drive from TN. When we went it, the place was deserted and the drink machine had a big leak into the floor. So our expectations were pretty low. The guys wasn't sure if they had any baked potatoes left. But our food was super fresh and tasty. That potato was the best I've ever had at a Wendy's.

If I could give a 0, I would! The drive-thru employees were TERRIBLE! They have ZERO customer service skills. They were short and rude for no obvious reason! From the beginning, we should have followed our instincts and left after asking if it was ok to go ahead and order and the employee replied “Uhhh, yeah” very rudely. However, we decided to proceed with our order. Bad idea! They didn’t want to serve us, mocked us, and it was sooooo obvious. We said thank you and the employee ignored us. We asked for a receipt and the two employees did not want to give it to us. We get home, angry about the service, and half way through our meal, my mom pulled a hair from her mouth that was in her burger. She lost her appetite and stopped eating on the spot. Two minutes later, I pulled a hair from my mouth that was in my fries!! � Coincidence? I think not! It will be a long time before we ever eat at Wendy’s again, if we ever do. What I can say is that if we’re ever on HH island again, we absolutely will NEVER eat here again! GROSS!!!!

Went through the drive thru last night. Ordered three drinks. When the woman started to hand them through the window, I asked for a carrier. She could not have put them in one with any more attitude. Surprised the cups didn't fold in. The person who took my order didn't say one word when she took my card, handed it back or when she gave me my order. Also, I also order a chicken sandwich without lettuce. I watch the screen and it's correct but 99% of the time, there's lettuce on it anyway. Shocked at the rudeness!

My husband, kids and I just got through eating lunch there. Very pleasantly surprised to hear the Christian music playing on the speakers. Loved it!! Way to go Wendy's of Hilton Head!!!
