Rollers (Palmetto Bay) is an eclectic bar + shop with an extensive selection of Old and New World wines and sparkling varietals spanning the globe. Their shelves are packed with bottles as well as glassware, barware, wine accessories + high quality cheeses. Love cigars? Visit their stocked humidor. Relish a rare difficult to find bottle? They have a room for that, too.
But enough about inventory. Let's talk about how this places feels.
Although I did espy a $19K bottle in the "special" wine room, Rollers exudes no pretense. Instead, it is an oenophile's paradise in the most sapiosexual of ways. If you love to learn about your sips/ glasses/ bottles, you'll want to make recurring visits.
Comfortable tables are poised under vine-y pergolas for gathering outdoors. Swanky yet playful Hollywood-glam furnished nooks await intimate sippers. Or just sit at the bar, up close + personal with certified somms, for stimulating conversation and clever humor. (Marla, I'm pointing at YOU.)
Every Tuesday Rollers hosts a wine tasting featuring 4-6 wines. Any other day you can opt for a flight of pours. Be sure to order a carefully curated cheese or charcuterie board for the complete epicurean experience.

We stopped in to Rollers expecting to just grab a bottle of wine to take back to our vacation home. But the staff were so welcoming that we decided to do some tastings at the bar before selecting a bottle to take home. Paige made some great recommendations and walked us through the flights that we chose. Will definitely be back to spend more time and enjoy a cheese board.
An excellent selection of wine, liquor and beers! I stopped in while I was on vacation for some local craft beers. The owner (I’m assuming) was nice enough to take some time to guide me through their beer selection and help me pick out some good local finds. Definitely worth the stop!

Really great selection and staff were able to find everything I needed.
We also came back for a wine tasting. My expectations were low but it was excellent. The snacks were amazing and the wines were quite good.
Tasty Tuesday was fun! Wine tasting every Tuesday. For a small price, you can try 5-6 different wines, hear some cool facts about them, and you can try something from their short menu of amazing little apps. Live music too. Cozy, simple, relaxing. Would recommend.
Great selection of craft beer. Best place to go on the island if you're looking for unique beer. They have a wide variety of stuff that's both local and from across the country.
