Absolutely enjoyed both meals we had here! The burger was delicious & juicy and the curry chicken salad was fantastic! And the fries with honey mustard was wonderful. Plenty of seating inside & outside and service was outstanding 😊
What fun and posh restaurant Truffles Cafe in Sea Pines is. We enjoyed a late dinner at the gorgeous brass top bar. Our bar tender was superb, friendly, and efficient with dinner and wine suggestions. We enjoyed
a delicious bottle of white wine and a scrumptious New Orleans Pasta (w blackened chicken) entrees. Our friends recommend their Chicken Pot Pie or Meatloaf entrees - next dinner visit for sure.
Be prepared to spend a ton of money here! I had a seat at the bar, and my bartender was very good at keeping up with refilling my drinks! Anchovies aren't for everybody, but I do love them, so I just had to get the grilled shrimp Caesar salad! For dessert, I had something called an Oreo pie that apparently sells very quickly, so I am glad I was able to get my hands on one!
I’ve never actually eaten a meal at Truffles, but every year we order out their blondies, and it is one of our favorite Hilton Head traditions! The blondies are incredible! They are rich and delicious and come with ice cream, chocolate, sauce, and butterscotch sauce, all of which are good. We usually order them out and get 1 to split between 2 people!
Nice place. Excellent food the coconut shrimp was fresh and nice sized. Crab cakes were really good. Nice assortment of mixed drinks and beer. Key lime pie was one of the best we have ever had. Prices were on the higher side but worth it. Main seating , bar area was a little dark, but the other seating area has sky lights that made it nicer.

We were here for lunch. Ambience is great. We’re greeted and served by Thomas, he is awesome, very friendly and courteous. He gave great recommendations while taking order. He takes efforts to ensure you have a nice experience. Very friendly staff. Food is delicious and one of the best we had in this island. The grilled Salmon with mango was yummy. Salmon cooked just right and the Mango with Salmon tasted so well. Will definitely visit here during our next trip. Highly recommend.

The food here is one of the best we've had on the island. Very pleased with our meal. We ordered takeout, but going inside the restaurant has extremely nice decor. In our next visit we hope to eat inside. We had the ribs (excellent), mango salmon (excellent), Caesar salad with shrimp (excellent), and a salad (excellent). The coconut shrimp and tuna tacos appetizers were Awesome! I've had better key lime pie, but I'll give them a pass on that given all the food was so good. I highly recommend this place!
We made last minute dinner reservations at Truffles. The atmosphere was great with nice decor, lighting and ambiance. Service was impeccable. And the food - from the bread and garlic herb butter, to the Caesar salad, to the main dish (pasta New Orleans) , everything was amazing! Highly recommend.
