We had a wonderful time. The salad bar was great. Luckily I read reviews that warned to not over indulge in that and save room for the meat selections. Christian made sure to hit our table with all the meats. He even asked if there was something in particular that we wanted. I told him I was hoping for lamb. He came right back with leg of lamb, it was excellent. Everything was excellent. Really great experience had a fun night. I highly recommend this restaurant. Perfect for a special occasion

Decided to try this restaurant for the first time. Very nice location. I’ll be going back.
Meat: seasoned. They give you as much meat as your stomach can hold. They give top tier meat choices cooked however you prefer. If they come around with something you don’t lie, they have it remade for you. The sausage taste as if they make it themselves.
Sides: They need more seasoning the salad bar has a wide selection to choice from.
Staff: very nice and explain the process with no issues. Helpful and make sure you’re having a great experience.
Drinks: very good and strong; just how I like it.
Price: Could be a little less but for the meat selection, the price isn’t that bad.

Such a pleasant surprise we found tonight. We finally visited Cowboy after being on the island for a few years. WHY did we wait so long???
First impression as you walked in the door - elegance! We were seated in a nice corner and it created a very personal dining experience. Then the wait staff starting bringing their magic!! DONT waste your appetite on the salad and side fixings (although they were delicious) Save yourself for the delicious selections of meat and grilled pineapple.
The experience was a special treat and we will definitely be back. HIGHLY recommend!

We ate here for my husbands birthday while on vacation last week. We went early on a Monday hoping for no crowd. We ended up being one of only 3 tables in the whole place and it was fantastic! The manager was welcoming seated us immediately. Our server and the meat person Brandon were so nice and friendly! Brandon interacted with our kids and brought us any type of meat we wanted! My son loved the pineapple and he brought it multiple times without even asking. The cold apps and hot apps were good and plentiful. The meats were cooked great and tasted great! We will definitely come back! They made us feel like we were having a private dining experience.

Food had lots of flavor. Service was good. Hope the waitress has to share tips because she didn't do as much work as everyone else.
The hot bar/salad bar was clean and well stocked.
I like my meat medium well and I had to wait awhile to get that. Everyone else at the table was almost done and full before I got any steak.
For the price, I don't think I'd go back. It was a neat experience and hubby had wanted to try it for awhile. We didn't feel rushed at all (like some reviews stated) we actually had to ask for the check. The manager was walking around checking on everyone.

What a great experience! This was our first of, hopefully, many trips to this wonderful restaurant. Everything was top notch from walking in to leaving. The meat was served promptly, often and perfectly cooked. The salad bar and hot bar area was quite well stocked and clean. Our waiter Jaishon was very attentive and personable. We felt as though we were always a priority. Bill, the owner was super friendly and made us feel like we were family. The entire dining area was inviting and intimate. The cocktail my wife ordered was expertly mixed and tasted wonderful. I can't recommend this establishment enough.

Went last night 1 September 2023 with my family to celebrate my birthday and the waitress was very professional and attentive to all of us family of 4. I would like to give a shout out to Gaucho Miguel for being very attentive and accommodating with my family when came to how they preferred the meat cooked. Great man he deserves a promotion and or pay raise. He was the epitome of customer service and care. The food and meats were super excellent; the atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxed. The manager was very attentive as well, he came by our table many times to ensure we were taken care of.

First time visiting this restaurant for a special occasion. We had a group of 16. We made reservations several weeks before. The atmosphere was very pleasant and inviting. The service was great. The waitress and the meat servers were nice and patient. The food was excellent. They had so many choices. The salad bar was great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Wow! The ambiance is very sexy and perfect for date night, girls night, or celebrating. The timing of service was spot on. Even when I didn’t want more I was offered just in case 😆 All of the meat requested was the correct temperature and the service from the hostess, our server who even while pregnant was working her tail off and the gauchos was 5 star. I would recommend and will definitely return if I’m the area.

We made a reservation online for 5. Three adults, 1 kid and a baby.
We let them know we were coming in with a baby and possibly sitting in a corner table away from traffic would be ideal.
We show up for our reservation. They accommodate us by putting us in an empty dining room. I figured we must be here early and didn't think much of it.
It was when my son and I went to the restroom while we waited for our party to gather. The restrooms were across from the cold bar.
We walked down the line of self serve cold salads. My son quickly spotted his favorite smoked salmon. As we got closer to the end of the bar, I realize there's an entire separate dining room.
It made me happy to realize that management had accommodated us to a completely secluded dining separate from others.
Our family enjoyed the waves of delicious meats. 9 year old son loved it. We will be back.

Had a fantastic dinner at Cowboy's with my wife! The service was excellent. The food was abundant and fantastic. Word to the wise. Eat slow. If you don't you will fill up to early to truly try all the items on the menu. They offer 5 star service with 5 star food! Great job by the staff. Thank you. Mark and Kathy- NJ

Myself and a few of my friends drove 2.5 hours to get here. This establishment did not disappoint. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. Great adult beverages as well. We will definitely be going back. Hannah was our waitress, and she was so cheerful and very helpful. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

It was our first visit to Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse. We had a short wait, but the wait area was nice, inside the restaurant. The wait area with pillows and decorated table was way better than waiting on a bench outside. Great decor too. CBS didn't have a big salad bar like the other Brazilian steakhouses we've been to but still adequate. Besides, we tend to overfill on the salad bar before the main course. For us it was just right. The service was great as well. The lady waiting on us was attentive and kind. The manager visited the tables and checked on the guests to ensure we were having a great dining experience. The meats came around at a good rate. There was an assortment of desserts to choose from. We were plenty full after! Great dining experience. We'll come back again.

This review is more for the staff then the food. Just to cover the food, if you order the rodizio it was delicious; tender cuts of meat, well seasoned, spaced out well and the gentlemen serving it were just that, gentlemen. I highly recommend! l can't say enough about the staff though. My mom is disabled and they went out of their way to ensure she had everything she needed from an accommodating seat, to electric for her oxygen unit and well, they even helped me out with some other things. For you ladies, you know who you are, thank you again!! Thank you to our waitress for making sure we had everything else we needed...especially the sangria 😉

In Hilton Head for our Mini-Moon. Fell on Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse and WHAT A TREAT! We are from NY and we KNOW Brazilian Steakhouses and THIS WAS FABULOUS! The decor is lovely, the music classic jazz and mellow. Outside of the awesome food, Joshua REALLY made us feel warm and welcomed. And Cowboy has something I have NEVER had at any other Brazilian Steakhouses.... Cinnamon Sugar Pineapple on the Rotisserie!! RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING 😍. ALL the meats flavorful and made to perfection. Would DEFINITELY come back again! Thanks Joshua for adding more great memories to our Honeymoon
