An awesome little ice cream shop in the middle of a strip mall. They have more flavors than you could eat in a month with 92 total hard packed flavors. I got banana cream pie and it was delicious. My wife got chocolate with cookie dough and my son got classic strawberry. There was something for everyone and the atmosphere was really cool. My only knock was the lack of seating. There are no seats inside the store and limited seating outside means you could be searching for awhile.

I love ice cream shops. They are my favorite stores of just about any kind. I've been in a few that I didn't like, but mostly I have had positive experiences and excellent ice cream. Frozen Moo was one of those really good ones. Huge selection, friendly service, generous portions, delicious ice cream. What else is there?

The staff here was super friendly and omg the amount of ice cream you get for the price is great. And if you're a red velvet lover like myself you have to get the red velvet cheesecake flavor š³š³š±š±š±

We had vacation at Hilton Head island lasy week and went there after lunch. It was Wednesday. The place is empty.There is no line at all. They have 92 flovors to serve you!! We ordered monster cookie ice cream and strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Its so good to have ice cream on a hot day!

Place was a madhouse, and people lined up door to door. People outside crowded the place eating. A sign just inside the door, stated "no lines" and there certainly was none.
So we grabbed the menu and it had a gazillion flavours, and behind the glass counters amazing looking buckets of ice cream. While we watched what must have been a dozen young adults working as fast as they could. People were toggling to get to the front and place a order from all directions.
The ice cream was great, and cost was fair. While it was chaos, it went quicker then expected. The location was great as well, as plenty of space in the shopping center to enjoy.
I recommend this place, and would visit again if I had the chance.

Iāve been eating hot fudge sundaes for over 55 years and the one I just had was not only very well put together but the ice cream and hot fudge was delicious! One of the best. I highly recommend the single scoop hot fudge sundae with chocolate fudge ice cream. The ice cream was very smooth and creamy. Full of flavour. 92 flavours! Served with a smile.

Great ice cream! Try Cookie Monsterāitās the best even if you get a blue tongue for several hours. Itās a little pricey but in the heat of summer it is definitely worth it! I recommend eating inside so it doesnāt melt all over your hands!

After several locals recommending Frosty Moo, we finally gave it a try this trip and we were not disappointed!! Their flavors are INCREDIBLE, their staff are so friendly, helpful, and funny and their servings are generous. Iām still dreaming of their toasted coconut and chocolate peanut butter pretzel ice cream.

Somewhat chaotic however every single employee was smiling and having a good time while working. There are sooooooo many flavors to choose from and definitely something for everyone. The ice cream was great and feel like the prices are reasonable considering the location and surrounding restaurant pricing. 100% will be back!

It was a little more expensive than I'm used to for ice cream, but they give you a large scoop for the price. They have all of our favorite flavors, and My wife and I shared a double, which was more than enough for both of us.

92 Flavors?! There is no line, so it is a happy, chaotic crowd of people straining to see, for example, what āPirates Plunderā ice cream looks like. There are plenty of servers, so the ālineā moves quickly. Portions are generous. There are Vegan and Gluten Free options, but I opt for the real stuff.

Excellent ice cream shop on Hilton Head with 96 flavors of ice cream. Yes you read that correctly 96 flavors and if what I had - cherry vanilla - was eny example they are all wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely love this ice cream spot. We made it a point to try a bunch of different ice cream locations and this was definitely one of my favorites. 92 flavors, all amazing. This place is packed almost all the time and the girls working are truly awesome. They work seamlessly together to manage the chaos in an oddly controlled fashion. They are all happy and a joy to order with, kind of like Chick fil A, lol. They all seem to be observant and courteous to whatās going on and address each customer. Iām from Chicago and good service is extremely hard to come by especially young teenagers, no disrespect. I also love the fact that they offer samples and are beyond generous with the serving size of the ice cream. I basically tried every flavor. YOLO, I was on vacation. I 100% recommend this place. Keep up the great work and shout out to the employees, leadership team and owners of this shop.
