I was only on vacation for a week and I went to this place twice! It was that good. The people that work there are so amazing and the food they served was even better. The salsa bar was awesome and I saw so many people getting to go orders while I was there eating. This place goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. The woman working checked on us multiple times and she was very nice. There's a good "family owned restaurant" vibe going on and I was all for it!

Best Mexican restaurant and we eat there every year on vacation. Everything is fresh, fresh salsa bar. The combination dinners are great, I got the steak fajita and the steak was tender and delicious. Friendly and fast service. It is on our must go to restaurants every year and if possible twice. We look forward to it every year. I would highly recommend.

When we pulled up for lunch there were several construction trucks in the parking lot there to eat, which we thought was a very good sign, haha. The food was delicious!! Very relaxed atmosphere with very tasty Mexican food. Locals and tourists alike seem to really like this spot!

Great, simple and authentic Mexican eatery. The dishes have a home cooked feel - they’re fresh, filling (but not oily) and reasonably priced.
The chorizo breakfast burrito is dynamite. The gringo burrito bowl with extra chicken is great.
A go-to staple for a quick meal.

This place is legit. Family owned and operated. The tacos were simple and delicious. Fresh ingredients and great taste. The salsa bar was a nice touch. One of the better meals we had while visiting the island.

Fiesta Fresh is a staple of the island! I always visit first thing when I visit home as a tradition. Affordable, fresh good food, no frills, lots of salsa options. Can't go wrong 😁

The best Mexican food in Hilton Head. We always make it a point to bike here for lunch when we’re on vacation. The food is always fresh and delicious. It seems to be the most authentic too.
Update: Fiesta Fresh is still one of my favorites on the island. The hospitality and food are always A++.

BEST EVER!!! No joke I would eat at this place 3+ times on my 6 day vacation. The hard shell beef tacos are the best tacos I’ve eaten in my life. Shrimp taco salad was also amazingly delicious. This is by far the best food in Hilton Head 💯 The service is also outstanding. They are constantly cleaning the complimentary salsa bar, tables, and floors. Everyone working was exceptionally friendly!!!!

The food was delicious. I had the 1 taco and 1 enchilada combo. I had a shrimp soft taco and a chicken enchilada. The chicken in my enchilada was perfectly shredded. The combo came with Mexican rice and refried beans. The taco was so full of ingredients that it was hard to close. I'm not complaining at all, though. The salsa was a bit spicy (it had a little "kick" to it), but good. The chips had a nice crunch and were fresh. The pink lemonade was good, too. We dined in. Individual chips and salsa were delivered to our table. Our entrees were also delivered to our table. The service was great. The staff was friendly. I wish we had one in my city.

Food was just what we wanted. Service fantastic. The fresh flan was out of this world. First day we shared the flan; husband wanted a taste but ate half. 2nd day, we each had our own. We flew out on 3rd morning or we would have been there again. If you're in the area, go and enjoy!!

We were here for a weekend away and saw the wonderful reviews of this restaurant. We were a bit surprised that it was in a strip mall setting, (and worried) but concerns were not necessary!! The young man who greeted us and took our order was SO polite and friendly. I have 150 employees and told my friend if this young man was in Charleston I would offer him a job!! Next was the food! AMAZING and authentic and home cooked feel! Next time we are back I will go again!!!
