Customer service was very good and the pizza heavenly. Also as I sat outside waiting for my pizza I noticed the delivery people ran to their cars with the orders, so know that they do care about getting your orders to you. I really like this place.

Service is good. Always busy but dont have to wait as long as pizza hut for them to get your pizza delivered. Less oily too. Very good at compensating if they get your order wrong.
On E MAKAALA ST. HILO by Walmart, they are awesome. They made it possible and the food is amazing. They allowed us to pay cash for delivery vs. Pizza Hut who shut my order down. They were busy today...Memorial Day weekend celebrations. They expedited my order when I told them I needed to get to work. They got my order ready in less that 15 mins but estimated 20-25 mins. Awesome job!
The service is fast and friendly. One time, they got my order wrong, even after I made myself clear, but since then, it’s been great! Even though it’s expensive, there are gluten-and-dairy-free options here. :)
