This is the real deal. I just ate at another place..the new one. Had to wait 35 minutes..then crawl thru the crowd..and they forgot my order out back. Then it was as soft as a wet noodle.topping fell on my lap. But Dominos..fast..clean.. efficient..good seating..parking..they put the toppings all over not 4inches in from the crust. I feel good there. Staff is polite..and helpful..they know the toppings immediately..
Customer service was very good and the pizza heavenly. Also as I sat outside waiting for my pizza I noticed the delivery people ran to their cars with the orders, so know that they do care about getting your orders to you. I really like this place.

In Ohio I ordered Domino's Pizza twice many years ago, and never ordered it again until today in Hilo where I now live. What a great improvement over what I had in the past. First the delivery was fast and the pizza was hot, driver was very nice and polite. The pizza was really good, so from now on it will be Domino's for me.
Domino’s Pizza in Hilo, HI, 96720 is just as good as a private pizzeria.... OR BETTER! Fast & Hot delivery every time. I like online ordering a lot! Fantastic pizza & even better employees!!!!

Service is good. Always busy but dont have to wait as long as pizza hut for them to get your pizza delivered. Less oily too. Very good at compensating if they get your order wrong.
On E MAKAALA ST. HILO by Walmart, they are awesome. They made it possible and the food is amazing. They allowed us to pay cash for delivery vs. Pizza Hut who shut my order down. Now I’m all for dominos. Tasted the Chocolate Lava Crunch Cake.... AWESOME!!! THANK YOU DOMINOS AND ESPECIALLY TO THE WORKER OR WORKERS FOR MAKING TODAYS ORDER AND DELIVERY POSSIBLE!!! Having pizza delivered to you, or a friend/family as a gift with fast, friendly service or pick-up at a reasonable price which is affordable as store bought pizzas is the best. Also, My Domineos app wrack up point's for every ten doller purchase made towards, MORE FREE PIZZA! :) The store is easily spotten by the bay usually more than one delivery driver.
