This location has one of the latest seating areas I have seen. Great drinks, sandwiches and deserts! Very clean bathrooms. Ask a batista for the key code. Lots of parking too! 5 stars!

Drive through line is long, drinks take a long time, staff is friendly and the food and drinks are yummy! Just 4 stars for the long wait time. They have it posted that they are hiring! One of the only drive through coffee shops in Hilo so it is convenient.

The barista was super nice however the music was so loud I could hardly hear what he was saying. They ran out of stuff, which I guess at 7pm is understandable but I was pretty bummed I couldn’t try a new to me drink. I was there for a meeting and while the music was good it was really loud so we had to speak quite loudly to each other. I was able to grab the last Kona coffee bag and the barista grounded it for me so that’s great.

Busy location, Good service. Usually a line in the drive thru, but there is a team member outside during peak hours to take your order. By the time you get up to the pickup window, your order is waiting for you. They also have mobile ordering available through the app so you can order ahead Ave skip the drive through Que.

I normally drive through and very rarely dine in. The lines are normally long but it's worth the wait. Baristas are friendly and apologize for the wait. Sometimes, I can't even get in line because the driveway is congested, and traffic is backing up on the street. However, Hilo is well known for the rain so many of us especially older Hiloans prefer to wait and not brave the rain.
