This location has one of the latest seating areas I have seen. Great drinks, sandwiches and deserts! Very clean bathrooms. Ask a batista for the key code. Lots of parking too! 5 stars!

It's a Starbucks. But it does take like 10 minutes to get your coffee even if there are only 3 people in the store.

The barista was super nice however the music was so loud I could hardly hear what he was saying. They ran out of stuff, which I guess at 7pm is understandable but I was pretty bummed I couldn’t try a new to me drink. I was there for a meeting and while the music was good it was really loud so we had to speak quite loudly to each other. I was able to grab the last Kona coffee bag and the barista grounded it for me so that’s great.

I normally drive through and very rarely dine in. The lines are normally long but it's worth the wait. Baristas are friendly and apologize for the wait. Sometimes, I can't even get in line because the driveway is congested, and traffic is backing up on the street. However, Hilo is well known for the rain so many of us especially older Hiloans prefer to wait and not brave the rain.
