Quaint, little hole in the wall chinese food. Atmosphere only 3 stars because site only has 3 tables, and one is outside. Not a place to have a party, but you want great tasting food to go, this is your jam. Huge menu selection. Great prices. Friendly service, but limited English by the owners. Parking can be tight.

Ocean Front Kitchen might be a little out of the way but it is worth the time to get there. The food is fantastic & portions are large. We had garlic chicken & chicken katsu. 😋 Be careful not to miss it as you drive by, it was the only reason I had not stopped here sooner.
There is no place to eat there but we parked at a nearby beach. What a wonderful way to spend a Friday evening.

Tried this place (located in Keaukaha, right before the wharf on the left side) for the first time on Labor Day weekend, before hitting the Naniloa Golf Course. The food is delicious! I had combo plate of Crispy Shrimp/Roast Pork and it was super fresh and perfectly done! My bf got the combo Chicken Katsu/Mahi fish, and loved it! Absolutely will return, because their menu is huge, & we're looking forward to trying other dishes! Also, the family that runs it are friendly, fast and happy doing their job! Perfect place for takeout and enjoy watching our community fishing, and boats & canoes going by, at the pier, 🎣behind Hilo Bay Restaurant, where there are a lot of picnic tables! Don't be "tunnel vision"⛵🌀 🌴

If you haven't already eaten at Ocean Front Kitchen, put it on your to-do list!! This was our first time and trust me, don't judge a book by its cover!! We drove past this hole-in-the-wall restaurant many many time over the past 12 years, we even pointed it out multiple times as a we need to try place. We'll, we should have gone sooner!!! So ono!! I had the crispy ginger chicken and my wife had the Mongolian beef with fried rice. Best Chinese food we've had on island!! The fried rice was da best!! If you haven't been, go!!

This is a tiny hole in the wall place. DON'T pass it by!! Food is excellent and plentiful. Wonderful Garlic chicken!!! Ate here once a week while in Hilo.

Stopped by this little hole in the wall kitchen for take out and was not disappointed. The food was cooked fresh and was delicious. The service was great. The chef/owner came out and asked me to let him know how everything tasted. He was very friendly as were the other 2 workers.

Hole in the wall This place still holding it down with cheap and good portian plate lunches @$5.50 I always get mochiko chicken but fish burger is good too. Gotta check them out. Say tall laud Kyle sent me u guys good 🤙🏽

Some of the best crispy roast pork I've found on the island. You get really large plate of food for the price and they're party platters are stuffed full and cheap. If you go there you can get a good amount of good food for under 10$
