Chapter 27 brings a whole new vibe to Hilo. A comfortable, sophisticated style with great drinks (lilikoi/gin martini - very good) and excellent staff. And did I mention the food? Beautiful and delicious. Everything just works.

Attended a private here. Not a large space but perfect for small parties. Bathrooms are inside & clean. Good amount of tables with kitchen space for food. Good amount of parking. Very enjoyable atomsphere.

Bartender is awesome super friendly ventured in with a friend from Maui. First time attending happy hour great conversation. Steak was very well cooked must try. Not a bad price pretty upscale which is nice than all of these holes in the wall spots. Will be back !!
Some sort of happy hour pretty much every day, everyday with its own theme... Fridays and Saturdays are open until 3:30 am. Which is awesome if you're visiting Hilo and want to experience the nightlife, or work in the service industry, you just want to grab few drinks or dance after you get off work
Every time I come here, there's never a dull quiet moment. Great place for small private parties, drinks are always amazing as well as the food. Great service, positive atmosphere. If you have a small company id recommend you coming here or just a individual looking for a chill hangout spot to drink

I really enjoy going to Chapter 27. The workers are friendly and they have alot of respect. I would love to tell everyone that I know to go to Chapter 27 if they want to hang out and have fun. But, I really love Chapter 27 it's so relaxing and the music are great and the bartenders and the bouncers
Chapter 27 is off the hook! It's tiny but it's a fun place to hang out after the bars closes at 2 am. It closes at 4 am. The last time I went there, there was no cover charge of $10 and I got cut off from alcohol because I was getting too loud and crazy. This time I went there and there was a $10
Super modern and clean. They pupus were out of this world! Small selection of drinks though; like 3 beers and ones of each type of liquor. Nice atmosphere though
This is quickly becoming one of the smallest but coolest bars in Hilo. I enjoy it almost every time I visit. The other times I don't is usually because it's too busy and I can't get in 🙁 But in general nothing but good stuff to say.
Looking forward to trying. Hilo has numerous bars and at least two other good size clubs if you want to drink and dance.
I have not been here for food, but Saturday nights when the tables are pushed to the side and the DJ and college students come out it is poppin! Also LGBTQ friendly ;]
