This location has one of the latest seating areas I have seen. Great drinks, sandwiches and deserts! Very clean bathrooms. Ask a batista for the key code. Lots of parking too! 5 stars!
Drive through line is long, drinks take a long time, staff is friendly and the food and drinks are yummy! Just 4 stars for the long wait time. They have it posted that they are hiring! One of the only drive through coffee shops in Hilo so it is convenient.
The barista was super nice however the music was so loud I could hardly hear what he was saying. They ran out of stuff, which I guess at 7pm is understandable but I was pretty bummed I couldn’t try a new to me drink. It's a Starbucks. But it does take like 10 minutes to get your coffee even if there are only 3 people in the store.
While the wait can get very long (even when you mobile order) I don't mind in the least. Staff are always moving/working and they can't help they are the only drive thru starbucks in town. I do wish they didn't run out of venti straws and oatmilk as much though.
