There aren’t many options for late night restaurants in Hilo these days, but Hilo Town Tavern is a solid spot to check out. The double smash burgers and fries here are awesome, great selection of beers and drinks, and the Monday night we were there the bar was packed for open mic night. Walk up to the bar to order food and drinks from the friendly staff. Street parking available. I’m glad we stopped in for a late night dinner and drink. Will definitely be back. 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Food was good and plentiful. I wish they would toss the wings and not fry the chicken sandwich so hard. Nachos are a big go to. We had barbque nachos! Yummy!

This place is fantastic. We got the Buffalo Bleu chicken sandwich and the Philly cheesesteak. They both come with really tasty fries and the Philly comes with au jus. The au jus really puts it over the top. The Buffalo also came piled high with bleu cheese, really didn’t take any shortcuts. Drinks are tasty and reasonably priced.

A great place for the after work convo. It is a great place to vent and heavy sigh. And breathe in positive vibes. Food hits the spot. The drinks are fun and help bring in the happy energy. But, if you need a refreshment to drown the day away. Just get a Tall Boy MODELO. Close your eyes. Take a sip. smile. And repeat. 🤙🏽

We came to this place tonight to have our dinner and I can say it was AMAZING! We ordered one Pulled pork sandwich, the nachos with beef and the burrito, everything SUPER delicious and good! I suggest you to come!! You will enjoy everything! The service was great and all the workers were super polite! 😁 thank you guys and to our waitress Joseph!! We’ll definitely come back!

DIY Hawaii

I dinged them a star because one of the employees dogs was literally next to my table outside begging for food while I was eating. Not something most people want to experience while eating. Aside from that the food was absolutely delicious. The chef there has really made things taste so good. This place has a nice dine outside area. Fridays have live music outside. The Mozzarella Sticks are perfect. The ribs I got fell off the bone type...da best. The Hangover Burger 🍔 is extremely good too. Be sure to check out the game room for free pool 🎱 and GIANT connect 4 games.

The waiter was out quick with some ice cold water as soon as we sat down. Very refreshing and just what I needed at that time. Didn't expect it. The male waiter was also super nice. thank you

After our Zipline adventure found the cute place with football on all screens. Drinks were very reasonable. Pub food lunch was good and Katie was working the whole place by herself with a smile on her face. Good experience. We Will be back.

Food was excellent and so was our service by Katie and Will!!! Found out they have Karaoke on Wednesday and Thursday nights, starts at 8pm. Also open mic night on Monday!! We will definitely come back!
