Management needs to check their employees. Customer service use to be so good and now it’s just has gone down the drain. I stopped going to my local McDonald’s (the one on 25th st) because their service was just HORRIBLE! But now I can say this one has reached the same quality of customer service.

McDonald's employee's do such a great job and fast service surely alot faster than Chicago land I think we should give these employee's some credit God bless America!!!!!!!

I can't speak about their inside service but the outside is fast and I'm talking fast! Accurate and the food is good. I've been there more than once and not any messed up orders.

This is the 2nd to worst McDonald's I've over been to. The drive thru orders are rarely correct. The staff is unmotivated, lack luster, and don't seem to work well when extremely busy in the mornings. Definitely an opportunity for retraining!!
