The food was GREAT!!! We just moved to NJ from Brooklyn and we couldn’t find a good Chinese spot. We kept trying the local restaurants but was always disappointed. One place we ordered from prepared our fried rice from parboiled rice… horrible! We kept searching and saw this place had great reviews. We ordered boneless spare ribs, pork fried rice, general tso chicken, and shrimp & broccoli. Everything was perfect! Super tasty and didn’t even add any soy sauce to my food. I think this place is better than our usual spots back in NY. The service is also great. The lady that took our order was super nice and quick. If you want good Chinese food this is your spot.

Their food is amazing! My compliments to the chef and all staff. Every bite tastes the same, Delicious! When u ask for hot and sour soup you can actually taste Hot and Sour soup. Egg Foo Yun is always looks fresh and appetizing.. and tastes the way it looks. 😋

I’ll start off positive with the only star of the show, the Spareribs. I couldn’t have been more happy with them. They were so tasty and just how I remember having them growing up on the east coast. Next, the Wonton Soup. It was a bit too salty unfortunately. If not for that, the broth would’ve been fantastic. The wonton was a bit chewy, but I liked that. Now onto my main dish and the worst item I had: the Chicken Chow Mein. The chicken was insanely flavorless and squishy. It tasted like it sat in plain water for ages. The noodle tasted better than the chicken itself, and that’s saying something. And this part is probably adding insult to injury, but I felt it should be noted regardless that the fortune cookies were incredibly stale. I could actually pull it open before breaking. This is the first time I ordered from this restaurant and honestly might be the last.

Wonderful group of people and the best Chinese take-out food I’ve ever had. Any time I need alterations/substitutions, they are executed perfectly and without price increase or hesitation. Other places have charged me for substitutions, but they never do. The lady who answers the phone (also the one at the front cash register) is the sweetest person ever. Altogether, an extremely accommodating and clean establishment. I would drive miles for this.

My favorite Chinese food restaurant. The food is great quality, and the owners are wonderful people. Always greeted with a smile, and as a repeat customer (been eating there since they opened) the owner makes sure that the food goes out right, fast and delicious. The delivery guy is also a very nice and friendly person. Great prices for lunch specials, as well as the regular prices for dinner. The food has always been wonderful. It's a hidden gem that residents of Hillside and surrounding areas know they're lucky to have here. As a smaller place it could be easy to overlook, but that'd be a mistake. The quality of the food is something you might expect from a fancy restaurant, but get as take out. Best Chinese food in the area by far.
